My Role: Communications Specialist, Editor, Dunkin’ Brands

Client: Dunkin’ Brands C-suite

Goal/Challenge: Dunkin’ leaders were seeking new ways to engage employees and build an office culture that felt authentic and direct.

Results: I founded a new bi-weekly podcast with C-suite leaders that addressed their vision in a concrete, human way. The segments drew on my NPR story-telling experience, and were popular with employees at all levels.

Goal/Challenge: The CEO was new to the company and asked for help with a speech for the Research Chefs Association Conference. He wanted a narrative that explained his attitude toward innovation, while tying in to Dunkin’s unique approach to change.

Results: Our speech received a standing ovation at the gathering of food industry leaders from across the country.
